If you haven’t yet visited us in Bristol, welcome to our Caple Experience Centre. What sets this apart from other kitchen showrooms is its carefully curated design aesthetic with exquisite attention to detail. We have designed this with you in mind and we welcome customers here, from retailers and kitchen designers to homeowners, by special appointment.
If you join us for an Experience Day, we even prepare and cook a mouth-watering menu on a selection of high-performance appliances. This way, we can really demonstrate to customers just what can be achieved in the comfort of your own home. Our marketing manager Alex Fuidge reveals why you should join us for a Caple Experience Day:
Our kitchen showroom provides an impressive display for you to see our kitchen furniture, appliances, sinks and taps first-hand. And we continue to fine-tune our Caple Experience Days to ensure you get the very best you can from them. So, I’m going to give you a brief outline of what to expect. You’ll also discover how you will leave a Caple Experience Day feeling fully confident in your cooking abilities.
Every customer, who attends, will gain an even better understanding of how our products are so easy to operate. Then, you’ll feel fully prepared to demonstrate why our Caple appliances really are a must for everyone. And we’ll even cook for you, so you’ll experience the delicious results you can achieve using our appliances.
The kitchen showroom
Our customers already know how important the kitchen showroom is for potential buyers. After all, there is nothing better than touching our furniture or appliances to experience their true quality. Simply opening and closing oven doors, for example, can make all the difference for a more informed purchase. And, in terms of cooking performance, seeing is believing.
This is why kitchen showrooms have become such an important interactive platform for chef demonstrations. On a tailor-made Experience Day at Caple, the customer can see exactly what to expect from our high-performance appliances. In fact, there really is nothing better than being able to taste the results from a cooking demonstration. Then, you can simply recreate these dishes, and more, on your return home.
As soon as you step through our glass-panelled partition, you’ll enter a striking kitchen showroom space filled with seven luxury kitchen displays. These include our handleless furniture featuring Verse Zeta matt anthracite and Epos natural oak cabinets for a contemporary finish. However, don’t forget we cater for classic styling, too. One such example, in our Caple kitchen showroom, is our In-Frame collection. Look closely and you’ll find our Harptree design is beaded with lacquered oak dovetail drawers for a high-quality design style.
Moving through each impressive display, you will then discover our phenomenal demonstration area. This has been specifically designed with seating for up to six guests. However, we will be accommodating less visitors in line with social distancing guidelines to keep you safe at all times when lockdown ends. This will be subject to change according to government guidelines. However, we will be happy to advise on our procedure when you get in touch with us.
Our national trainer Jo Underhay hosts our Experience Day at Caple. In fact, she will join you in a luxury 2,000 sq ft open-plan area at our Bristol headquarters. You will sit (socially distanced) at the breakfast bar in the cooking demonstration area in our luxury kitchen showroom. Here, you can enjoy a freshly ground cup of coffee from our built-in coffee machines.
Take your pick from an espresso to a cappuccino with five strengths – the choice is yours! Jo will present you with a delicious collection of homemade biscuits, which she has cooked to perfection in a Caple oven. These really are mouth-watering and will provide you with your first taste experience of what’s to come.
A carefully curated presentation
Our kitchen showroom special event begins with a beautiful, short slide show, which is filled with important information on our brand. Did you know our parent company ‘Maurice Lay’ has been in the distribution business for 45 years. Have you heard we began the Caple brand in the mid-90s? In fact, we’re a privately-owned, family-run company and we design all our appliances in-house here in the UK.
You may already know we are renowned as wine cooler market leaders. In fact, we’re always thinking of new innovation, functionality and design styles across our entire, comprehensive cooking, cooling and washing portfolio. We ensure all our appliances fit our kitchen furniture perfectly and we showcase our wares at the largest KBB exhibition in the UK.

Jo will take you through a whistle-stop tour of just some of the highlights from our cooking and cooling portfolio. Want to cook like a pro? You’ll have come to the right place as Jo will reveal what our Caple cooking appliances can do. From entry level products in our Classic collection to our luxury Sense Premium range, you’ll discover what sets them apart. In short, we ensure every appliance performs beautifully. And we design them with expert functionality to make your life easier.
In fact, in our kitchen showroom demonstration area, you’ll gain a better understanding on how to cook like a pro. We’ll also demonstrate the attention to detail when it comes to their exquisite design and functionality. And you’ll even get to experience the flavoursome dishes you can create.
Want to create chef-style dishes?
Our lunch menu is seasonal so varies but we can tell you it is locally sourced and has the finest ingredients, which are packed full with flavour. We will demonstrate just what you can achieve using Caple appliances with a mouth-watering menu. This could range from watermelon and feta salad as a starter to perfectly baked ganache and salted peanut butter cookie cups for dessert.
We find ‘fine dining’ in our Caple kitchen showroom is the best way in which we can demonstrate the true capabilities of our incredible cooking appliances. Following this, you can take home a Caple goodie bag, the contents of which are a secret! But I can reveal you will find Jo’s signature mouth-watering brownies inside.
