Ecommerce Returns Policy

We hope you are very happy with your purchase but of course there might be the need to return your item.

The returns process is quite simple whilst not affecting your statutory rights.
Our aim is to respond to all returns requests as soon as possible, but we do ask that any such requests are made via e-mail or by calling us before products are returned.

 

Products

If you wish to return an item to us for whatever reason we request that this is done within 14 days of receipt along with original delivery details. The product must be packed in its original condition complete with any parts or documents. We will refund the price paid (directly to your credit / debit card used in the original transaction) once the item has been inspected excluding any original postage costs and cost to return the item.

 

Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect Products

It is of course our intention for all products to arrive in good condition. Should an item arrived damaged, found to be faulty or simply not be what was ordered we will provide a full refund for the product and original shipping costs. We will also arrange for the return of any said item at our cost.

Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and messages can be left out of hours. Calls are charged at the basic rate, please check with your telephone service provider for exact charges.
