    My washing machine is jumping about excessively?

    Please check transit bolts have been removed from appliance, check appliance is level & feet locked into position.

    Please check water supply is fully turned on.

    • Please make sure door is properly closed & locked.
    • Please check inlet hose is not twisted or kinked behind appliance.
    • Please check drain hose is not too low & syphoning water out.

    Please check drain hose is not twisted or kinked behind appliance.

    • Please check drain hose connection to plumbing, ensure blanking plug has been removed so water drains into waste.
    • Please check drain hose or filter are not blocked.
    • Please check drain hose is not too low & syphoning back.

    My washing machine hasn’t spun?

    Please check load as maybe uneven & unbalanced causing appliance not to spin, change load & try again (spin only).

    If UNb displayed then load was unbalanced, change load.

    There is an unpleasant smell coming from my appliance?

    Possible causes & solutions:

    Excessive use of detergent (enzyme based) during low temperature cycles, use less detergent & avoid cold cycles, carry out maintence washes regularly.

    Excessive use of fabric conditioner, use less concentrated fabric conditioner.

    The appliance door is kept closed after each use, always leave the door ajar/slightly open after every wash to allow fresh air into drum to dry & reduce mould/mildew build up.

    My washing machine door seal is mouldy.

    This can be caused by excessive use of detergents, always using low temperature wash cycles & leaving door closed between uses.

    Run a number of wash cycles at 90°C without any laundry in the machine, add a cup of sodium carbonate to reduce mould build up on door seal.

    Fabric conditioner is not leaving soap drawer?

    Fabric conditioners are often sold in concentrated form and must be diluted first, check instructions on bottle/packet.

    Check soap box & drawer are clean making sure water jet holes in top of soap box & syphon cap is clear, clean.
