Using our Combi Steam function you can ensure you have the juiciest meat but still maintaining that delicious crispy skin.
1 Turkey or Chicken, depending on your preference
Olive oil
Sage
Butter
Seasoning
Bay Leaves

To prepare your turkey, coat in butter, oil and seasoning.
Place the Sage and bay leaves just inside the chicken and put into the Combi Steam Oven.
Put the Steam Oven on the Combi Steam function for 1.5 hours.
This will steam the turkey first, before switching to fan heat, which is what ensures the juicy turkey but crispy skin.

You can also save the function to your ‘favourites’ for next year!
Once finished, remove from the oven and serve with an array of roasted vegetables.
