Whether it's for breakfast, brunch or a starter, this is our go to veggie recipe on Christmas day!
For the Bruschetta
2 Bake At Home Sourdough Baguettes
Drizzle of Olive oil
For the Toppings
500g Mixed Baby Tomatoes
3x Burrata Balls
1x Pack Basil Leaves
1x Pack Fresh Basil Pesto
Recipe
Put oil in a frying pan and add 3/4 of the tomatoes.
On your hob, cook on a low heat until they’ve softened, then remove from the heat and set aside for them to cool slightly.
Pre-set your Sense Premium oven to 190°C. Slice the Bruschetta and place onto an AIRFRY2 tray.
Drizzle with a little oil and cook for 7 minutes.
Remove the bruschetta from the oven and place it into a circle on a plate.
Drain the burrata well and give it a rough mix in a bowl.
Add a generous amount of burrata onto each slice of bread.
Add the slightly cooled tomato on top of the burrata, then drizzle a layer of pesto on top.
Top with basil leaves and some of the left over chopped tomatoes and a generous sprinkle of salt & pepper.
Place the remaining pesto in a pot in the middle – perfect for dipping!
Serve & enjoy!
