    FAQs for Refrigeration

Why are there ice/water droplets on the rear wall of my fridge?

Your fridge has a wet wall system & it is normal to see ice or water droplets on the rear wall.
This is the auto defrost function, please make sure items in the fridge do not touch rear wall as they will interfere with this function & are likely to become wet.

There is water underneath my salad boxes?

Please check that the water drain hole is not blocked & water is running away freely, refer to instruction book for more information.

My fridge freezer makes strange noises?

All refrigeration works under low & high pressures created by a compressor, it is not unusual to hear strange noises such as:

Bubbling noise: This noise is caused by the flow of the refrigerant in the system especially during the off cycle (compressor not operating) & refrigerant state/pressure.

Water flow noise: Refrigerant flowing into the evaporator caused by change of pressure/refrigerant state.

Air blowing / Fan noise: Normal fan noise, this noise can be heard during normal operation of the system due to the circulation of air.
